Returns are accepted on new, unopened products within 30 days of purchase with a receipt with the exception of bulk products, special orders, seasonal, and perishable items.
All sod and plant sales are final. Woerner Landscape and its affiliates guarantee that all sod purchased is viable and true to its variety. Due to the living nature of harvested sod, Woerner Landscape does not accept responsibility once a living, viable product is no longer under our care. Any issues with a delivered product must be reported immediately to management.
Pavers and wall blocks may be returned in full, banded pallets only, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Sod orders that are canceled at least 48 hours prior to delivery or pick-up are eligible for a full refund.
